Margaret "Peggy" Nolan

Peggy is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a degree in Marketing. She has five years experience as a buyer for Joske's and a children's specialty store and eight years sales experience. Peggy came to Equest in 1990 as the Volunteer Coordinatior and was responsible for the recruitment, training and management of more than 450 volunteers annually. Peggy recently became the Equest Development Director. She has been a regular participant in volunteer management seminars offered by the Community Board Institute and the Volunteer Center of Dallas. Peggy is also the mother of three children, one of whom is a rider in Equest's program. Peggy was the recipient of the 1996 Volunteer Co-ordinator of the Year presented by the Volunteer Center of Dallas County and the 2001 Governor's Award for Volunteer Management.
