Join us for our rendition of a backyard picnic including live music by Ray Johnston Band, gourmet casual cuisine, and tributes to the men and women who have served our country to protect our freedom.

$75 individual ticket for guest or to sponsor a veteran

$600 for a table seating eight (8) guests

Underwriting opportunities from $10,000 (Alpha) to $2,500 (Charlie)

Sponsorship opportunities include Presenting Sponsor ($15,000), Patron Party Sponsor ($15,000 to be held on June 13), Entertainment Sponsor ($10,000), T-shirt Sponsor ($5,000), Centerpiece Sponsor ($5,000), and Beer, Wine or Liquor Sponsors (must provide enough product for Patron Party and Boots & Salutes).

DAY-OF DETAILS

Below is some important information pertaining to Boots & Salutes:

  1. After the event, we will mail you a receipt for your tax records. You do not need to present your receipt at check-in, however, if you purchased a table, please email CJ your guest list by Monday, July 15 at cjstevenson@equest.org.

  2. ***New this year: Individuals over the age of 21 who would like to consume alcoholic beverages will be required to show a valid driver's license at the door. Please have your ID ready when you arrive at check-in to help expedite the process. Failure to present ID will result in no bar service. Please drink responsibly.***

  3. Parking is incredibly limited at the Texas Horse Park. We encourage you to carpool or ride share. Your Uber or Lift can drop you off in the parking lot at building 4 ("the Commons") by the Equest flags.

  4. Attire - it's summer in Texas so stay cool. Sundresses, capris and flat shoes (you'll be in a covered horse arena with packed dirt) are appropriate for women; shorts, jeans, polo shirts are great for men.

  5. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 19 with an official start of 7:30. The fly-over will be overhead at 8:00 p.m. so make sure you arrive early enough to get through check-in and not miss the fly-over.

  6. Please check-in with us in "the Commons", building 4, when you arrive. We will give you your table assignment and bidder number for the silent auction and paddle raise.
