Registrar

Job Overview: 

Equest is seeking a Registrar who will be an integral part of the program team.  The Registrar is responsible for organizing and managing the registration and renewal process of all clients and volunteer riders for Equest at the Texas Horse Park. This includes potential client communication, recruitment, and processing, as well as scheduling and managing current and returning clients. Additionally, this employee ensures the data entry and updates of client information and files and submission of reports to social service agencies. The Registrar is also the communication liaison between the program and client families, and responsible for providing client-based data reports to Equest staff members, as needed.
